My order is a gift and I want it shipped to another address, how do I do this?At Checkout you will see an option to put in 'Billing Address' and 'Delivery Address'. Or save time by opening an account where we will store your details. I would like to add a card to my gift can you do that, and how do I tell you what I want on it?At Checkout you will see an option asking 'Would you like your item Gift Boxed' click in button to select. Underneath this option is a box to put any message/comment you would like. How will my parcel arrive?We put all items in their own gift box (if asked for) and then inside a royal mail parcel box with bubble wrap so that your item is not damaged. If the gift box option is not selected, your order will come wrapped in tissue or in the products own polythene dust jacket/bag, depending on the product purchased. What is the handling time?We try to dispatch all items within 48 hours (Please leave contact email or telephone number for us to contact you if any problems occur). We are now using DHL which we hope you will all find a lot more reliable - we send out items DHL 2-3day or if Special Next Day is required we send out DHL Omega 12 - your item is then guaranteed for the Next Day (please use if your gift is time sensitive). DHL do a Saturday delivery but it is £14.00. Ring us if you need this option. International Sales - we use Royal Mail International Signed For.
Highland or NI please choose Next Day Option (will go out DHL 2-3 day) but the cost comes near what we have to pay - £9.21 to send via DHL to Northern Ireland or Isles - we will pay balance. If not we will have to send out via Royal Mail which is not as reliable and takes longer. DHL is 2-3 days.
