When we receive conformation of payment we will send out your goods as soon as possible. If your item is not in stock, we may be able to order it for you. Pre-order policy Pre-orders are advance purchases made on merchandise scheduled to ship at a future date. As you place your order, we will ask for a 50% payment, these items are then reserved for you and taken from our available stock. We then contact you and request the final 50% of the payment when the items are ready for dispatch. Any cancelled orders/items will be subject to a cancellation fee of 25% of first payment. We will do our best to exchange sizes for you, but if unavailable a full in store credit will be issued. Pre-orders are not refundable unless faulty. They may be returned for a full in store credit or a size exchange but cannot be refunded. Delivery (see below for Returns information) Delivery Charges and Aims (orders dispatched within 72hrs) NEW TO LITTLE WHISPERS - DHL Home Delivery - Due to so many problems with Royal Mail we have decided to give DHL a try, we hope this will make your shopping experience stress free. We will be sending items out DHL Home Delivery 2-3 days and DHL Omega Next Day (delivered between the hours 7am - 12.00pm). *There is a Diamond option which is delivered by 10am but you would need to contact us if you required this service due to cost £16.00. *(PLEASE NOTE - DHL do NOT do a Saturday delivery unless specified - it is considerably more expensive £14.00 - if you did want this option you would need to contact us) NEXT DAY ORDERS (Orders placed before 11am will be dispatched the same day. Orders made after 11am may be dispatched the following day) Little Whispers strongly recommend this option if your order is a time sensitive gift!

Royal Mail has set out aims for each of it's services...These are AIMS and cannot be guaranteed by Royal Mail or by Little Whispers. Often, first class recorded parcels can arrive within one day, however this is not always the case and occasionally parcels are unacceptably delayed or are lost. In the event of a lost or delayed parcel we will do our best to help. You can use your track & trace code (found in your order confirmation email) to track your parcel at any time at http://www.royalmail.com/ You may contact us at any time for assistance with using this service. If you have not received your parcel within 7 days please feel most welcome to contact us and we will contact Royal Mail on your behalf to try to locate your parcel. After 14 days, if your parcel is yet to arrive, Little Whispers will be happy to declare your parcel as lost or unacceptably delayed and you will be offered a choice of either a full refund or an immediate replacement (stock permitting) sent out using Royal Mails Special Next day delivery service, at no extra charge. If your parcel is delayed for less than 14 days and you wish to be sent out a replacement (for example, if the order was a time sensitive gift) you may purchase a replacement and opt for Special next day delivery so that you receive your item in time. Should the original item turn up, you may send it back to us for a full refund or if the original item does not arrive within the 14 days, we will declare the parcel as missing with Royal Mail and refund your original payment. As you can see, we do everything we can to help but if your order is time sensitive, please use our special delivery option to avoid disappointment. Returns Policy Returning/Exchanging an Item Little Whispers want you to be happy with your purchase so we will do everything possible to make sure you item gets to you promptly and in good condition. We check all items prior to posting and will never knowingly sell faulty goods. Unfortunatley we do not offer free returns. (With the exception of customers who have received an incorrect or faulty item). (Sorry Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged) We accept returns within 7 day of receipt of goods. *The item you wish to return must be in the original packaging with labels attached and must be returned to us within 7 days. Once we have received the goods, we will process your return and ensure that replacements/exchanges are dispatched within 24 hours. All refunds will be processed within 48 hours.
