Delivery Charges and Aims (orders dispatched within 72hrs) NEW TO LITTLE WHISPERS - DHL Home Delivery - Due to so many problems with Royal Mail we have decided to give DHL a try, we hope this will make your shopping experience stress free. (We do recommended the 'Next Day' service if your order is a time sensitive gift to avoid disappointment). We will be sending items out DHL@Home48 for our Home Delivery 2-3 days - £4.25 to you - we pay £5.56, we will not be passing this extra postage onto our customers for the time being. We can now also ship to a company address using DHL Express 48 @ £4.25 (choose the DHL 2-3day service we will know it is for a company from the address).
DHL Omega 12 Next Day is still only £8.00 (We recommend this option if your order is a time sensitive gift!)
*There is a Diamond option which is delivered by 10am but you would need to contact us if you required this service due to cost £16.00. *(PLEASE NOTE - DHL do NOT do a Saturday delivery unless specified - it is considerably more expensive £14.00 - if you did want this option you would need to contact us). Or if you let us know in good time we could send out via Royal Mail Saturday delivery.
NEXT DAY (Orders placed before 11am will be dispatched the same day). Orders made after 11am may be dispatched the following day Little Whispers strongly recommend this option if your order is a time sensitive gift! Please Note: Orders made on a Friday using the Next Day Delivery option will not go out until Monday unless you pay for DHL Saturday delivery at £14.00. Northern Ireland (ISLE) customers please choose DHL Omega 12 Next Day Option as DHL charge us £9.21 for each parcel to Northern Ireland/Isle) we will pay the difference. (Sorry they do not cover International Deliveries at the moment, so they will still go via Royal Mail or Transglobal). International 'Signed for' (postage £12.45 is for items under 2kg also under a certain size e.g. Gotz dolls/kaloo activity mats etc would go over this size, we will contact you with a cost ASAP) Oversize/weight Parcels - We will contact you if your order exceeds the size/weight as extra charges may be necessary. You may choose to proceed with or to cancel your order - we will only ever charge actual shipping costs - no handling charges)

Royal Mail has set out aims for each of it's services...These are AIMS and cannot be guaranteed by Royal Mail or by Little Whispers. Often, first class recorded parcels can arrive within one day, however this is not always the case and occasionally parcels are unacceptably delayed or are lost. In the event of a lost or delayed parcel we will do our best to help. You can use your track & trace code (found in your order confirmation email) to track your parcel at any time at http://www.royalmail.com/ You may contact us at any time for assistance with using this service. If you have not received your parcel within 7 days please feel most welcome to contact us and we will contact Royal Mail on your behalf to try to locate your parcel. After 14 days, if your parcel is yet to arrive, Little Whispers will be happy to declare your parcel as lost or unacceptably delayed and you will be offered a choice of either a full refund or an immediate replacement (stock permitting) sent out using Royal Mails Special Next day delivery service, at no extra charge. If your parcel is delayed for less than 14 days and you wish to be sent out a replacement (for example, if the order was a time sensitive gift) you may purchase a replacement and opt for Special next day delivery so that you receive your item in time. Should the original item turn up, you may send it back to us for a full refund or if the original item does not arrive within the 14 days, we will declare the parcel as missing with Royal Mail and refund your original payment. As you can see, we do everything we can to help but if your order is time sensitive, please use our special delivery option to avoid disappointment. Returns Policy
Returning/Exchanging an Item Little Whispers want you to be happy with your purchase so we will do everything possible to make sure you item gets to you promptly and in good condition. We check all items prior to posting and will never knowingly sell faulty goods. Unfortunatley we do not offer free returns. (With the exception of customers who have received an incorrect or faulty item). We accept returns within 7 days of receipt of goods.
*The item you wish to return must be in the original packaging with labels attached and must be returned to us within 7 days. New Note: *At Little Whispers we appreciate that buying online is not always easy with sizing etc - we want to make it as easy as possible for you. If you are unsure of a size and want to order two sizes you are more than welcome, all we ask is that you send the unwanted item back within 7 days. (Please Note: We are not a shop, we are only Online) Please complete the returns form (to be found on the packing slip) and enclose it in your parcel, detailing the product/s you wish to return, and whether you require a refund, replacement or exchange for another product/s. * We suggest you post your item back to us using Royal Mails Signed For Service which will insure your parcel against loss or damage on it's return journey as the goods remain your responsibility until they reach us. Once we have received the goods, we will process your return and ensure that replacements/exchanges are dispatched within 24 hours. All refunds will be processed within 48 hours but can take up to 7days to reach your account. We will send you an email to confirm each stage. *Please note. If you are returning a non faulty item, the product must be in a resalable condition for us to issue a refund. i.e Little Whispers will not refund for items that have been subjected to a smoky atmosphere or that have marks or damage of any kind.
