Delivery Charges and Aims

Our aim is to get your items to you as fast as possible. We have a range of delivery options and deliver World Wide. We use Interlink Express for our Next Day Orders.

Interlink Next Day Delivery £6.95
(We do recommended the 'Next Day' service if your order is a time sensitive gift to avoid disappointment)

Royal Mail First Class (proof of postage) £3.45
(Please note: this option does not include insurance for missing parcels)

International under 2kg £14.95 
(We will refund if Postage is less than £14.95)

Note: Over 2kg we will have to contact you with a price. Larger parcels will go via Transglobal and can be tracked. We will notify you of any extra cost before sending.

NI/Isles Interlink Next Day £16.00
(We can send via Royal Mail at £3.45 but not for Next Day Delivery)

Please Note: (We cannot be held liable when parcels have left the UK) to guarantee your order choose the NI/Isles Interlink Next Day option.

* Further Information 

Please Note: If you order Interlink Express Next Day Delivery after the cut off time (12.00) on Thur/Friday your parcel will not arrive until Monday.

Orders made on a Friday after 12.00 using the Next Day Delivery option will not go out until Monday, for Tuesday Delivery. If made before 12.00am they will be posted Friday but will not get to you until Monday.

Interlink Express do NOT do a Saturday delivery unless specified - it is considerably more expensive £26.55 - if you did want this option you would need to contact us).

(Orders placed before 12.00am will be dispatched the same day)  Orders made after 12.00am may be dispatched the following day.   

International 'Signed for'

Postage £14.95 is for items under 2kg also under a certain size/weight.  We will contact you if your order exceeds the size/weight as extra charges may be necessary.  You may choose to proceed with or to cancel your order - we will only ever charge actual shipping costs - no handling charges)

Important Note - Customs/Import Duties

Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

 Lost or delayed parcels

When your order is dispatched if you have supplied us with an email address Interlink will contact you with tracking information so that you can track your parcel. You can also email us and we can send your tracking information to you.

(Customers have asked on the comments to leave items with a neighbour or in the garden etc - Interlink will only do this if you leave a signed note on the door stating where you would like your parcel left). Interlink should leave a card but in some instances they have not (feedback from customers) if your item is after the stated 3 days please try your neighbours or the Interlink site as information of where your item has been left will be on their site.

Returns Policy
Returning/Exchanging an Item

Little Whispers want you to be happy with your purchase so we will do everything possible to make sure you item gets to you promptly and in good condition. We check all items prior to posting and will never knowingly sell faulty goods.

Unfortunately we do not offer free returns. (With the exception of customers who have received an incorrect or faulty item).

We accept returns within 7 days of receipt of goods.

*The item you wish to return must be in the original packaging with labels attached and must be returned to us within 7 days. (Please do not send back after the 7 days as we hate to disappoint customers)

Please write reason for return on the invoice and enclose it in your parcel, detailing the product/s you wish to return, and whether you require a refund, replacement or exchange for another product/s.

* We suggest you post your item back to us using Royal Mails 'Signed For' Service which will insure your parcel against loss or damage on it's return journey, as the goods remain your responsibility until they reach us.

Once we have received the goods, we will process your return and ensure that replacements/exchanges are dispatched within 24 hours. All refunds will be processed within 48 hours but can take up to 7days to reach your account.

Please note. If you are returning a non faulty item, the product must be in a resalable condition for us to issue a refund e.g. in plastic cover with tags attached and on the hanger if included. i.e Little Whispers will not refund for items that have been subjected to a smoky atmosphere or that have marks or damage of any kind.
