Please Note: If you order Next Day Delivery after the cut off time (3.30) on Friday your parcel may not arrive until Monday/Tuesday.
Orders made on a Friday after 3.30 using the Next Day Delivery option may not go out until Monday, for Tuesday Delivery. If made before 3.30am they will be posted Friday for Saturday Delivery.
To enable us to offer a larger range of items, we have items that are shipped directly from the supplier. Not Available for Next Day Shipping - please allow time for delivery, see description for delivery days. Items for direct shipping have special tags for easy identification.
All direct shipping items are for the UK only sorry.

Important Note - Customs/Import Duties
Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
Lost or delayed parcels
All parcels are sent TRACKED, we will provide you with a tracking number. Orders are sent out on the day of order, next day at the latest so please bear with us if your order is held up. (Exl Weekends, we are not open Saturday/Sunday) The Royal Mail tracking notice is very confusing. We have emails daily from customers concerned that we have not sent out their order, please be assured we have sent out your order, disregard what the tracking message says, see below.
Royal Mail Overseas Tracking Message - confusing customers. This message will only change when RM has scanned in your parcel at customs. We can only apologise for this confusing message.
Returning/Exchanging an Item
Little Whispers want you to be happy with your purchase so we will do everything possible to make sure you item gets to you promptly and in good condition. We check all items prior to posting and will never knowingly sell faulty goods. (Please check your goods when they arrive as we can't do anything about it if left for weeks)
Unfortunately we do not offer free returns. (With the exception of customers who have received an incorrect or faulty item).
We accept returns within 14 days of receipt of goods.
*The item you wish to return must be in the original packaging with labels attached and must be returned to us within 14 days.
Please write reason for return on the invoice and enclose it in your parcel, detailing the product/s you wish to return, and whether you require a refund, replacement or exchange for another product/s.
* We suggest you post your item back to us using Royal Mail 'Signed For' Service which will insure your parcel against loss or damage on it's return journey, as the goods remain your responsibility until they reach us.
Once we have received the goods, we will process your return and ensure that replacements/exchanges are dispatched within 24 hours. All refunds will be processed within 48 hours but can take up to 7 days to reach your account.
Please note. If you are returning a non faulty item, the product must be in a resalable condition for us to issue a refund e.g. in plastic cover with tags attached i.e Little Whispers will not refund for items that have been subjected to a smoky atmosphere or that have marks or damage of any kind.
