Returning or Exchanging an Item

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt.

• Items must be in original packaging with labels attached.

• Please enclose your invoice, the reason for return, and whether you’d like a refund, replacement, or exchange.

• Use Royal Mail Signed For (or similar tracked service) to protect your parcel, as it remains your responsibility until it reaches us.

⏳ Refunds are processed within 48 hours of receiving your return (please allow up to 7 days for funds to appear).
