Royal Mail Standard

  • FREE on orders over £48

  • £3.45 under £48

Tracked Options (with 2-hour delivery window + text/email alerts)

  • RM 24 Tracked (insured up to £100) – £5.34

  • RM 48 Tracked (insured up to £100) – £3.95

Special Delivery

  • Next Day Delivery (inc. Saturday) – £9.95

  • Orders placed after 3.30pm are dispatched the next working day

  • Orders placed Friday after 3.30pm may arrive Monday/Tuesday

🏷 Direct Shipping Items

  • Certain items ship directly from suppliers and cannot be returned unless faulty, they then need to be returned to the supplier (Contact us for the Address Details)

International Orders & Customs Charges

Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, and handling fees. These charges are set by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

EU orders ship from the UK and are supplied VAT-free.
Local import VAT and handling fees may be charged on delivery.

We are unable to refund or reimburse any customs charges incurred once an order has been dispatched.

European Union

  • Up to 2kg Tracked: £15.99

  • 2–4kg Tracked: £39.99

USA & Rest of World

  • Under 2kg: £18.99

  • 2–4kg: £36.99

  • 5–8kg approx: £68.95 (subject to size/dimensions)

Southern Ireland

  • 0–2kg: £9.95

Larger/heavier parcels will go via Transglobal or other tracked couriers. We will confirm costs before shipping.

Delivery Times
