Ordering & Payment

  • Orders are confirmed by email once received.

  • If an item is out of stock, we will contact you with the option to wait or cancel.

  • Payments are securely processed via Shopify and PayPal. We do not store credit card details.

  • Prices shown include VAT.

Returns & Exchanges

Please see our Returns Policy for full details. In summary:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags attached.

  • Faulty or incorrect items will be refunded or exchanged.

  • Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.

Overseas Orders & Customs

For customers outside the UK: your order may occasionally be held by customs and incur charges. These are outside of our control and the responsibility of the buyer. VAT is included in our prices and paid by us.

  • We will never knowingly sell faulty or poor-quality goods.

  • Colours may vary slightly due to digital imaging.

We value your privacy. Your personal details will only be used to process your order and will never be shared with third parties, except as necessary for fulfilment. We comply with the Data Protection Act.
